35 year old female that developed bilateral breast capsular contractures, symmastia, breast asymmetry and double bubble deformities. The patient underwent bilateral scar tissue release, correction of symmastia, breast reshaping, repair of breast folds, and replacement of breast implants (225cc saline to 325cc silicone).
